The Fond du Lac Dental Clinic is located within the Min No Aya Win Human Services center, 22 miles south of Duluth, just off 35W on the Fond du Lac Reservation. The Fond du Lac Human Services Division is a highly developed primary care health delivery system owned and operated by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. We are an AAAHC Accredited Clinic, which means that we participate in on-going self evaluation, peer review, and education to continuously improve care and services.

For In-Person Fitness Classes:
- Face coverings are required, this must be a disposable or cloth face covering. Face shields only are no longer acceptable.
- The number of class participants will be limited by the size of the space to be sure everyone is able to keep at least 6 feet apart in low/moderate intensity classes and at least 10 feet apart in higher intensity classes. Be sure to register for the class below to ensure your spot.
- Transition times between classes has been increased to at least 30 minutes to provide time for cleaning and ensure class participants in the spaces do not overlap.
- All equipment will be disinfected by our staff

Behavioral Health Services is a not-for-profit community-based healthcare organization providing medical services, substance abuse, mental health, drug-free transitional living, housing for women with HIV, and prevention services for the local community. BHS – Family Health Center our first community health clinic opened in April 2016.
BHS began providing outpatient substance abuse treatment services to adolescents and young adults in the Centinela Valley in 1973. Realizing the enormity of need throughout Los Angeles County, we expanded reach and now operate from 13 locations covering the South Bay, East Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, and the metropolitan areas of Los Angeles County. We operate two Chemical Dependency Recovery Centers, four residential sites eight outpatient clinics, two of which provide mental health services in addition to substance use services.
